Welcome Crafters and Direct Sales Vendors! Vendor Sign Up: October 07 , 2011 - November 23, 2011 *No applications will be accepted after 11/23/11* Christmas Auction: (Friday) - Guests will be able to earn "Auction Bucks" through out the event via our guest incentive program. This encourages the guests to place orders, invite guests, encourage their guests to place orders, and actively participate in the Celebration - Because they all want to win the auction. Daily Prize Donations (Optional): We have 2 drawings per scheduled day for prizes to help encourage orders and participation of guests. You'll get a FREE Vendor Table that will be displayed on our Vendor Table page as well as next to the chat room for donating a prize to help us help you get more orders. 3 of the daily prize donations will be pulled for auction on Wednesday. DO NOT MAIL THESE TO US - daily prizes get send directly to the winners. You will receive a prize claim form with the winner's information from us. Mystery Santa's Stocking (Optional): Include your site and company in our Daily Activities by donating to our Santa's Stocking. Donations should be a small stocking stuffer or novelty type gift and mailed to Under The Rainbow. Your donation must be received prior to your site being included in the hunts and trivia activities (to be announced). All donations will be put together for a Grand Prize Winner that consist of all orders from the entire Celebration. Shop 'N Swap (Optional): (Previously called Swap Meet) - Guests will be given a specific list of Vendors that have agreed to consider accepting swaps. Vendor has the option of accepting, rejecting, or proposing adjustments to the proposal. All swaps are, of course the responsiblility of the parties involved in the swap, as in all Vendor sales. This will be the Friday's Activity and proposals will only be accepted during that hour. This is, of course, much more effective for Vendors that are present - but you can participate without being present. The proposals will be sent to the Vendor via form mail, with a cc to us for guest credit. *We reserve the right to deny applications with full refund. To Apply: Send Application: Once
you've made payment, you will be re-directed back to our Vendor Form,
so do not close the page till you've sent the form. Simply fill in
the information and submit the form. The form will contain the following
and all areas must be filled out - if you don't yet know what your
specials are put TBA, etc. We will be doing a variety of games, some
may include hunts on vendor sites for certain items and Trivia Games
about Vendor sites of the day. Please make sure to let us know if you
can add a picture to your site in order to include your site in any
hunts.
